Beautiful pantry labels you can scan.
A pantry label has always had one job: say what’s in the jar. Ours do that beautifully, and then remember the rest. Scan any jar for its expiry date, where it lives, how you cook it and whether it’s on the shopping list. Printed with your names, or blank and reusable, and every one of them searchable from your phone.
- Printed with your names, with a QR code on every label
- Expiry dates, locations, notes and cooking tips, one scan away
- See what you already have before you buy it again

A normal label shows the name. A QR Pantry label remembers the details.
Pretty labels make a pantry look organised. QR Pantry keeps it that way, with expiry dates, cooking notes, storage spots and the shopping list one scan away.
Do we already have it?
Check the pantry from the supermarket aisle before you buy another bag, jar or packet.
When does this expire?
Dry goods, snacks, baking supplies, sauces and opened packets, each with its date.
How do I cook this again?
Keep the little details you always look up: ratios, cooking times, methods and tips.
Where did I put it?
Pantry shelves, backup stock, the garage shelf, bulk containers and every corner of the kitchen.
From kitchens that stopped buying things twice.
Scan the label. See what’s inside, where it lives and when to use it.
Start with the pantry look you love. The details live behind the label, ready the moment you scan.
Label your pantry
Stick a label on jars, containers, packets, baskets and backup stock. Printed with the name, or blank for you to fill in.

Scan it with your phone
The first scan opens the item, already named on a printed label. After that, every scan opens the same jar.

Save the details
Add the expiry date, where it lives, a reminder and any notes, and flag it for the shopping list when it runs low.

Clean on the shelf. One scan tells you the rest.
Your pantry stays beautiful and minimal. The details live behind the QR code, ready the moment you scan.
A real scan, in real time: expiry date, location and notes, without cluttering the label.
Every jar, with its details a scan away.
A printed label shows the name. The QR code on it opens everything else: where it lives, when it expires, how you cook it and whether it’s on the shopping list.
- Expiry dates for dry goods and opened packets
- The shelf, container or backup spot it lives in
- A shopping-list flag for the things you buy again and again
- Notes for allergens, recipes, sizes and brands
- A look at the whole pantry before you shop
One tiny square can hold all the details a printed label can’t.
A calm pantry on the shelf, and every detail a scan away.
For the pantry items that get lost, doubled up or forgotten.
Use QR Pantry anywhere a normal label tells you the name, but not the whole story.

Printed names for the jars that stay the same. Blank squares for the food that changes.

Both scan into the same free app, and most kitchens end up with both.

Smart pantry label FAQs
Are these just pantry labels?
No. Standard pantry labels show a name. QR Pantry labels connect each container to saved details like expiry dates, notes, location, quantity and a place on the shopping list, and the same labels work in the fridge and freezer too.
Should I get custom labels or the smart square labels?
Both scan into the same free app. Custom labels carry a printed name, so they suit the jars that always hold the same thing: spices, flour, rice, pasta, oats, coffee. Smart Pantry, Fridge and Freezer Labels are blank 2 × 2 cm squares, 126 to a pack, for the food that changes: leftovers, meal prep, freezer bags and opened packets, washed and reused as the contents change. Most kitchens end up with both.
How do custom labels work with the app?
Stick the label on the jar and scan it with your phone. The jar lands in your QR Pantry with its name already filled in, so all you add is the best-before date, and the free app reminds you before it is due. From then on a scan shows what is in the jar, when it needs using and whether it is on your shopping list. Any label you leave blank prints as a plain QR Pantry label you can name in the app. A custom storage label works the same way for a box: scan it and the new box opens with its name filled in, ready for you to list what is inside.
Which styles, sizes and quantities can I choose?
Four styles, the same four on every line: Capri and Paris (clean capitals), Monte Carlo (a classic serif) and Saint Tropez (a script). Spice labels are a sheet of 36 at 31 × 45 mm; pantry and storage labels are each a pack of 24 at 70 × 70 mm. Each sheet or pack is $29.95 with free shipping in Australia. Every label can carry a small number and a subtitle line, and both are optional.
What pantry items can I track?
You can track jars, dry goods, spices, snacks, opened packets, bulk buys, backup stock, sauces, baking items and everyday pantry containers.
Do I need QR Pantry Pro to use the labels?
No. The free QR Pantry app includes everything you need to start: scanning, expiry dates, push notification reminders, barcode scanning from a catalogue of over 1 million products, a photo on each item, notes, a shopping list, a recipe book and a meal plan for this week. Pro is optional and adds email reminders, AI photo recognition, receipt scanning, automatic barcode fill, one-tap store links, bulk adding, more food and storage images, meal planning weeks ahead, and exports.
Does QR Pantry include recipes and meal planning?
Yes. The free app includes a recipe book for 10 recipes, imported from a link or a photo or typed in, with a pantry match that shows which ingredients you already have and a cook mode that ticks them off as you go, plus a meal planner for this week: pick meals from your recipe book, drag them onto days and cook from the plan. QR Pantry Pro stores 1,000 recipes, plans weeks ahead with repeats, fills the week for you with Plan my week, and builds one shopping list for everything the week's meals need.
Do the labels work with containers I already own?
Yes. QR Pantry labels are designed for the jars, containers, freezer bags, meal prep boxes and storage containers you already use. No special containers are required.
Can I reuse QR Pantry labels?
Yes, the Smart Pantry, Fridge and Freezer Labels are designed to be reused. When the food is finished, scan the QR code and update or clear the saved details, then use the same label for the next item. The label stays on the container; only the digital record changes.
The Smart Freezer Bag and Meal Prep Labels are the exception. They are made to grip freezer bags, zip bags and vac-sealed bags, and they are not recommended for reuse. When the bag is empty, tap Used up and the item is off your list, with nothing to clear and no empty container to keep track of.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within Australia. Orders are printed, packed and shipped from Victoria within 3 business days, then delivered by Australia Post, which can take up to 7 business days. International shipping is priced at checkout. See shipping and delivery for the full details.
Can I try QR Pantry before buying?
Yes. The guided demo shows how scanning a label opens a food item or storage list, with nothing to sign up for.
Beautiful on the shelf. Searchable on your phone.
Start with the labels you like the look of. Scan them whenever you need the details, and stop buying things you already have.
