How it works
Two sheets of twelve: matte white synthetic labels, 70 × 70 mm with square corners, three across and four down on each sheet, resistant to oil and water. Each order is one pack; design another pack for a second order.
Pick a starter set such as Moving house or Garage & shed and change any label, or begin with a blank pack and add names from the list or type your own. Names can be up to 24 characters, and long names wrap onto more rows so the whole pack keeps one size of type.
Stick a label on the box and scan it. The box opens in QR Pantry with its name filled in. Add a list of what’s inside, a photo and where the box lives, and a search later tells you which box to open.
Every label is given its own unique QR code when we print your pack, so the codes on your proof are stand-ins. Any label you leave unnamed prints as a plain QR Pantry label you can name in the app.
The small number on each label counts up from the first number you choose, or turn it off. The subtitle prints on every label; leave it blank for none.

Do I have to type every name myself?
No. Each line has six starter sets, such as Everyday kitchen, Baking, Indian kitchen or Herbs and blends for spices, Baking, Everyday pantry or Grains and pasta for the pantry, and Around the home, Moving house or Garage and shed for storage boxes. Pick a set and change any label you like, or start from a blank sheet and add names from the list or type your own. Names can be up to 24 characters.
Which styles, sizes and quantities can I choose?
Four styles, the same four on every line: Capri and Paris (clean capitals), Monte Carlo (a classic serif) and Saint Tropez (a script). Spice labels are a sheet of 36 at 31 × 45 mm; pantry and storage labels are each a pack of 24 at 70 × 70 mm. Each sheet or pack is $29.95 with free shipping in Australia. Every label can carry a small number and a subtitle line, and both are optional.
How long do custom labels take to arrive?
Custom sheets are printed to order and dispatched within 3 business days, then delivered by Australia Post, which can take up to 7 business days. Shipping is free within Australia. Each order is one sheet or pack per design; design another for a second order.
What if I made a mistake on my custom labels?
Once custom labels have been printed we cannot refund customer-supplied mistakes, but mistakes happen, so we may be able to offer a discount on a corrected reorder. Get in touch and we will do our best to help.
Can I return customised or personalised labels?
Customised, personalised and made-to-order products cannot be returned under our money-back guarantee or change-of-mind policy. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by the Australian Consumer Law.
