I love them, especially the warning that they are about to expire. There will no longer be items from 1998 in the bottom of the freezer.

What is QR Pantry?
QR Pantry combines smart labels with an app for keeping track of food and household storage. Scan a label to save what’s inside a container or box, where it lives and any useful details. Scan again or search the app when you want to find something.
Which labels should I start with?
For leftovers, pantry staples and freezer containers, choose Smart Pantry, Fridge & Freezer Labels. Custom labels suit jars you want printed names on. Storage labels are for boxes and bins. If you are new to both food and storage labels, the Starter Pack includes 126 food labels and 70 storage labels, both Series 1. If you already own Series 1, choose your next series separately.
Do I need a paid subscription?
No. QR Pantry labels work with a free account. Pro is an optional upgrade for more AI uses, bulk tools, additional features and higher limits. The comparison above shows the current inclusions.
Do I have to download an app?
You can use QR Pantry in your phone’s browser, or download the iPhone or Android app. Create a free account and sign in to access your saved details. You’ll need an internet connection, and notifications enabled for push reminders.
Can I try QR Pantry before buying labels?
Yes. The live demo shows how the labels work. You can also create a free account and add packaged food by barcode or enter items yourself. Free and Pro have different limits for unlabelled items; the labels link your saved details directly to your containers.
What information can I save?
For food, save names, expiry dates, separate cooked, opened and frozen dates, locations, photos and notes such as reheating instructions. For household storage, save a photo and a list of the contents so you can find the right box later.
Can I wash and reuse the labels?
Smart Pantry, Fridge & Freezer Labels are reusable and dishwasher safe on hard plastic and glass containers, on the top shelf up to 60°C. Apply them to clean, dry surfaces before freezing. Hand-wash custom printed labels to protect their finish. Freezer bag labels are a separate range and are not recommended for reuse.
Does QR Pantry include recipes and meal planning?
Yes. The free app includes a recipe book, pantry matching, a meal planner for this week and one Meal Rescue a month. Pro increases limits, supports planning further ahead and can build a shopping list for the week’s meals.
